Type of employment: Full time

Control and filling of minibars Daily check of the minibars in the guest rooms. Professional refill of the minibar items according to the specified standards. Ensure that all products are correctly placed and tested for their durability.

Booking and billing of minibar withdrawals: Documentation of consumed products per room. Correct and timely booking of the minibar withdrawals to the respective guest account in the PMS system. Voting with the reception in the event of unclear or special requests by the guests.

Inventory and storage: Regular implementation of inventory controls and inventory of minibar items. Maintenance and compliance of the FIFO principle (First In - First Out). Report bottlenecks and necessary orders to the houseman or the purchase.

Quality control and hygiene: Ensure that the minibars are clean and hygienic. Notification of defective cooling units or other technical problems to the houseman or technical department. Implementation and compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations.

Guest service and communication: Friendly and discreet handling of the guests during the minibar control. Special requests or complaints and forwarding to the competent department. Support of the housekeeping team as needed.
