Technical training and knowledge transfer Implementation of technical training for customers and employees in Germany and abroad Transfer of expertise to:counter and charge column test systems Counter communication (SML, DLMS/COSEM, HDLC, M-Bus, Wireless M-Bus) Analysis and evaluation of test resultsDevelopment and adaptation of customer-specific solutions Configuration and adaptation of ZERA test equipment and test software to individual customer requirements Development and maintenance of customer-specific test logics and test procedures Integration of new or special counter communication interfaces Integration of ZERA systems into existing IT infrastructures of our customers Integration of additional test specimens such as smart meter gateways or control boxes Service and project activities Working with calibrating services and measurement services in the house and on site with the customer Preparation of technical documentation, tutorials and training documents Technical support for sales in customer projects Participation in specialised bodies (e.g. FNN, DKE, IEC) and in cross-disciplinary projects and improvement initiatives

Successfully completed technical training in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Ideally knowledge of energy, measurement, testing or meter technology Experience in handling software and IT systems Good Linux skills Programming experience (e.g. C#, Java, VBS or comparable) of advantage Embossed technical understanding and analytical thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Joy of customer contact and the communication of technical content Safe appearance and good communication skills 20 weeks a year for training and customer visits
