For our customers, belonging to the Telekom Group, we are looking for a project assistance (m/w/d) for IT at the next time in Senftenberg. Your weekly work time is 37 hours and hybrid work is possible.

As a project assistant (m/w/d) at IT, you support the project management process and perform a variety of tasks:

• Pre- and follow-up of meetings
• Support for project management from initialization, planning, implementation, controlling to completion
• Support for the coordinated transfer of project results to the customer or sponsor
• Support in the professional management of employees and external service providers
• Support of the Bid Management as part of the processing of public tenders (creation of a Bid Plan, collection of formal documents, appointment coordination and monitoring etc.)
• Support of service managers in the execution of acquired projects throughout the entire duration of the project (processing of formal processes such as the data management of customer requests, triggering of orders, sending welcome emails etc.)
• Own creation of customer invoices in SAP (creation and release of invoices in SAP, quota tracking & contract monitoring)
• General support (assistant in the creation of presentations, communication with suppliers and customers, assistance with the organization of event etc.)

Your qualification:

• Complete training in the commercial or IT environment (e.g. computer science businessman) with corresponding first experience in comparable tasks
• Basic business understanding and basic IT skills
• Secure handling of the MS Office product range
• Ideally SAP knowledge
• Communicative and service orientation
• Organizational ability, reliability and timeliness
• Cooperation and team skills
• Pleasure to get involved with your own ideas and suggestions for improvement
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
