You take over the accounting of purchase and construction permits and determine the corresponding compensation. In consultation with the Head of Business and the Legal Department, you prepare documents for ownership and expropriation procedures, arrange opinions and final assessments, and initiate the ground-book registration. Finally, you can determine, monitor and update all household and control data.

An ideal prerequisite is a completed commercial vocational training in the field of lawyers/ lawyers/employees or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience.
