Our day care centre Leuchtturm has 65 seats and is located in a quiet, green residential area on the edge of the Springpfuhlpark in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf. It is the first facility of this type on the ground floor of a modular accommodation for refugees and was opened as a pilot project in the summer of 2021. With our “lighthouse project” we are pursuing the approach of promoting integration and diversity from small to small and bringing families into contact with each other, which might have little to do away with Kita.
