We are looking for a person (m/w/d) for our branch in Bickenbach with a completed study of geosciences or civil engineering, who takes on the role of project manager: in the planning and management of demanding projects, as well as responsible for important tasks in customer support, team management and professional development of the team. As a project manager:in (m/w/d) you are responsible for the following tasks: Responsibility for the project management of infrastructure and geotechnical projects – from planning to completion, including budget, appointment and resource management and coordination of entrepreneurs Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with corporate policies and promoting efficient cooperation with internal specialists and professional reporting Further development of existing customer relationships, identification of project opportunities and control of offer activities in close coordination with Business Development and Area Management Professional and personal promotion of your project team, regular feedback and mentoring to continuously strengthen competences and project results

A successfully completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, geosciences or a comparable discipline – ideally with a focus on geotechnology or engineering geology – forms the basis of your qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience makes you a competent person and expert or an expert in these fields Knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as their practical application are ideally part of your craftsmanship Open, solution-oriented communication at eye level – both in the team and towards customers – is an essential part of your work Structured and careful working, high quality standards, safe occurrence and strong commitment complete your profile
