Design and operation of Microsoft Power Platform with focus on Copilot Studio Development and implementation of AI solutions in cooperation with the departments Conducting hackathons and workshops to make the platform known and drive innovation Assessment of relevant AI technologies and integration into the platform Close cooperation with the fields of IT security and compliance to comply with regulatory requirements Ensuring efficient use of AI-based solutions and optimizing processes

Experiences with the Microsoft Power Platform (in particular Power Automate and Copilot Studio) Practical experience with Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint, teams Found experiences in the development of Copilot Studio Agents Knowledge of Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services, Logic Apps) Experience working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs and JSON Knowledge of how to use databases (Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure SQL) Clear communication and experience in the moderation of workshops Successful implementation of own projects (e.g. within a consulting activity) Ready to work in a regulated environment Very high readiness and openness for new technologies German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in word and writing
