We are looking for Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our MANGO Store in Nuremberg, Karolinenstr.15-19!

Your tasks as Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) include creating a pleasant atmosphere for your customers and ensuring smooth running of all internal processes. If you master these areas, you are the perfect candidate for us!

Tasks

• Even if you meet the last decision as an Assistant Store Manager together with the Store Manager, your team is indispensable for your success. Your employees remain motivated by your positive attitude and first-class communication skills!
• You recognize potentials and talents and promote them through individual training.
• To ensure that all processes in the store work smoothly, coordinate and control all internal processes and processes. Under your responsibility we achieve our budget and business goals!
