Head of Controlling & Finance (m/f/d)

Your main tasks include: Responsibility for operational and strategic controlling Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees in accounting and accounting Ensuring proper financial accounting and accounting Preparation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Close cooperation with the tax advisor and support in tax issues Contact person and direct contact for the shareholder in financial and commercial topics Creation of reports, evaluations and key figures for management and shareholders Further development of processes, internal controls and reporting structures Participation in budget planning, forecasts and liquidity management

For this demanding position, we are looking for an experienced controller (m/w/d) with strong leadership skills. Ideally you bring the following qualifications: Complete studies in the field of economics, finance or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in controlling and accounting Experience in employee management and development Secure handling of ERP, accounting and reporting systems as well as MS Excel Knowledge of HGB accounting Structured, reliable and analytical operation Communication strength and safe occurrence to shareholders and external partners Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
