Building and further development of the central service provider management for the Center of Excellence area

Creation of dedicated performance descriptions incl. Exclusion and assessment criteria (delivery and services)

Implementation of calls from framework contracts (mini-competitions) and European procurement procedures

Creation of order estimates together with demand requirements

Professional creation of award notes based on predetermined templates (e.g. product specification, unique setting etc.)

Coordination with the Procurement area in the context of service provider management

Answering tender questions in consultation with the service provider Controlling service contracts

Care of various BWI tools (SAP, Sharepoint and others) in the context of service provider management

Release of references with contractual partners

Management of procurement processes for central service provider management in the Center of Excellence area

Successfully completed studies with consulting reference or a comparable qualification

About 3 years of professional experience with a focus on creating performance descriptions incl. Exclusion and assessment criteria

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge Experience in controlling service provider contracts (time, budget etc.)
