As a permanent representation of the department management, you are responsible for the implementation of the tasks and objectives of the department together with the department management. Together with the department management, you develop standards in the department for optimising work processes, for saving energy and reducing operating and usage costs You take over the coordination, organisation and communication of the building topics with the construction and real estate business NRW (BLB), the relevant departments in the Ministry of Culture and Science (MKW) and internally with the members of the university in cooperation with the department manager In agreement with the department management, you will take over parts of the contractor's representation in new building, interim construction and regular house renovation Development and development of building control technology and building automation in consultation with the department management Development of measures for the maintenance, organisation and monitoring of specialist and other audits, coordination of structural measures and the maintenance of building and operational safety, together with the department management Technical building management Ensuring traffic safety within the framework of operator responsibility As a team, we ensure a smooth building operation – also in additionally remunerated readiness alternately in the team (TV-L)

completed technical university studies in the field of architecture (alternative civil engineering) at master level; as an alternative to Bachelor level with equivalent knowledge and experience Long-standing relevant professional experience, ideally in the user-side, professional and communicative accompaniment of building renovations, new buildings and maintenance in public music, theatre, culture or education Detectionable management and leadership experience A solution-oriented way of thinking and enjoying the implementation of your creative plans together with colleagues in a motivated and creative team Joy of thinking into the functioning of technical installations Self-employed and self-responsibility with a high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience Safe handling of the MS Office package and ideally with Confluence Very good German knowledge (language level at least.
