You accompany our guests from the first contact to the departure and make sure everyone feels welcome – attentive, structured and with the sense of what is real attitude. You coordinate arrivals, process reservations, perform check-ins and check-outs – with an open ear for questions, wishes and individual concerns. You make use of our PMS and RMS systems, keeps guest data up-to-date, analyzes forecasts and actively brings your experience into our Revenue strategy. You work closely with housekeeping, restaurant and event team, soaring for a transparent flow of information and knowing where to vote. The exchange with colleagues is easy for you – collegial, solution-oriented and binding. You actively shape processes with: You check existing processes in reception, housekeeping and guest retention, provide optimizations if needed, and support the introduction of new tools and standards. In your layer – whether early or late – you are present in the room. You go to guests, make recommendations for the region, take feedback seriously and make sure that information is received and kept up. Also in sensitive topics, you remain sovereign: rebooking, complaints or special concerns, you resolve discreetly and professionally – with the aim that our guests feel understood.

You like to work with people, keep an overview even in moving moments and are you willing to take responsibility in a living environment? Then you bring a lot of what is important for this position at the reception. Experiences from the hotel area are helpful, but no need. Even if you come from the tourism, the event area or another service-oriented environment – if you enjoy organization, communication and hospitality, you are right with us. The use of digital systems is easy for you, or you are ready to work quickly. Whether PMS, CRM or Forecasting Tool – you think in processes, work forward-looking and structured, and enjoy working on new topics. We support you specifically. We require good German knowledge, English is a plus – as well as a friendly appearance, a clear, binding communication style and the desire to introduce you to a team that wants to shape them together.
