For the ''Facility Management - Operation, Maintenance & Energy Management' section, we are looking at the Ulm site at the next possible time Manager (m/d) The area is responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of the building equipment as well as the building control and energy detection systems as well as the implementation of construction measures. The provision of all energy supply systems to ensure a satisfactory and trouble-free location operation and to achieve the operating results and the objectives of Facility Management also fall within the department's tasks.

Contact person and advice of contracting entities (departments, building owners) for new and new buildings Responsible project management: planning and development of ideas from new buildings to refurbishment projects, from design to technical service in the operating phase of the plants implementation of cost estimates, cost assessments and technical acceptances; examination of technical installations for failure to provide guarantees; Negotiations with contractors coordination and support of external service providers in maintenance and maintenance work; Examination of compliance with legal requirements and introduction of appropriate measures (Facility Management) Participation in the implementation of the sustainability strategy and compliance with climate targets Creation of performance directories and tender documents in cooperation with internal and external bodies Examination and, where appropriate, correction of internal and external planning services Monitoring of exporting firms and decrease in construction services Ensuring compliance with legal regulations including security checks Support for other external sites in technical and organizational matters Travel activities 20–50 % depending on the projects, also internationally

Completed studies (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing.) in utility technology, energy and building technology or comparable qualification with planning and construction management experience Multiannual professional experience in an executive planning/engineering office, in object management or on client side Own initiative, independent working, team skills, rapid opinion and organizational talent Interdisciplinary conception and pronounced communicative skills Safe handling of MS Office Basic knowledge of measurement, control and control technology Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
