Urban concept development: You develop urban design and feasibility studies, identify potentials and develop viable solutions for future residential projects. Strategic project preparation [HOAI LPH 0-2]: Demand planning, basic determination and pre-planning are in your area of responsibility - with this you define the content and economic orientation of our projects from the outset. [HOAI LPH 3-5]: You accompany and support internal and external architectural planning, with your design and planning view. Construction planning & strategic control: Together with the senior developer, you actively participate in construction planning, in particular with regard to urban, planner and development-strategic content. Quality in coordination: Requirements from governmental regulations, specialist planning and other stakeholders are carefully examined, structured and guided by them in the planning process. Visualization & representation: You create high-quality visualizations and 3D renderings of project developments, façade studies and concept variants - and thus support clear, convincing decision-making processes. Competitiveness Management: Competition procedures accompany you professionally, take the audit of the submitted contributions and actively participate in the selection of architecturally high-quality solutions.

A successfully completed architectural study (Diplom, Bachelor or Master), ideally with urban development focus, or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in housing is desirable but not absolutely necessary. Creative and planning strength, combined with a secure sense of urban and architectural connections. CAD knowledge, ideally in Archicad, which you can apply independently. First practical experience in visualization / 3D renderings (e.g. with Lumion) or the willingness to work quickly. Basic knowledge of building regulations and planning law as well as relevant standards and guidelines. A safe handling of MS Office is of course for you. Embossed communication skills that help you clear complex content and work together with different actors.
