Company: Neuroloop GmbH Location: Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Functional area: Research and development Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 10786 Neuroloop® GmbH is a subsidiary of Aesculap AG and was founded as a spin-off of the University of Freiburg and the University Hospital of Freiburg. The company develops a highly precise platform for stimulating the vagus nerve to treat chronic diseases related to autonomous body functions. For neuroloop® at our location in Freiburg, we are currently looking for a validation specialist (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time from 80%.

You plan and document process validations to ensure the quality of our products and systems; in individual cases, you also work with their implementation Plan and document measurement system analyses to ensure the reproducibility of our measuring systems You act as a central contact person for maintaining validations under the Master Validation Plan You document and analyse validation results and prepare these addressable for project teams and management As a validation specialist (w/m/d), you work closely with development, quality and production teams to identify necessary verification and validation activities You maintain test benches, measuring systems and test hardware

You have a successfully completed training as a technician (w/m/d) or a study in the technical field or a comparable qualification You provide at least two years of relevant professional experience in the validation environment and are familiar with the planning, implementation and documentation of validations You have a sound understanding of quality management processes in a regulated environment (ideally medical technology) and can safely apply appropriate requirements You communicate safely in German (C1) and English (B2) Personal competencies: You have a pronounced analytical ability and a systematic, structured way of working You work independently, convince by performance and achieve outstanding results You act quality-oriented and work with high care and precision You show empathy and interest in motives of others and take their opinions and needs seriously You interact constructively, take responsibility and actively share your knowledge
