For our SOS Children's Village Wilhelmshaven-Friesland, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, parttime (19.25 hours/Where.) In this responsible position, you support and advise teams in stationary child and youth assistance, support young people in their individual development paths and actively contribute to the further development of our educational concepts. Your tasks include: You accompany and advise the teams of stationary child and youth assistance. You conduct case and specialist consultations in the context of education and assistance planning. You design individual educational interventions and accompany children and young people systemically. In the case of accompanying contact contacts, you provide a secure and valuable framework. You advise source and family systems empathically and solution-oriented. You take on readiness services and ensure reliable accessibility. With your commitment, you contribute to the further development of the setup conception. You plan and organize internal training events. You participate in the further development of quality management based on the GAB process. You are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and persons.

You have completed a relevant educational degree and have already gained professional experience in youth assistance. You ideally provide a systemic or comparable consultant training. You have knowledge of social pedagogical and systemic family therapy. You have consulting skills. You are safe in the moderation of teams and groups. You are interested in quality work and technical-methodic development. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
