Support in the analysis of remuneration, salary and benefits data to derive sound HR decisions. Working in the field of Compensation & Benefits, market analysis and compensation studies. Support in preparing and implementing salary and bonus rounds. Cooperation with national and international Benefits programmes. Creation of HR reports, KPI analyses, presentations and decision templates for management. Cooperation with Human Resources, Payroll and Finance in an international environment. Support in the optimization of HR systems, compensation processes as well as Compensation & Benefits structures. Self-employed participation in HR projects and the development of new ideas for the further development of our employer services.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of the Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Human Resources or a comparable degree course and still have a period of study for at least two semesters. Great interest in Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources and HR Analytics. Ideally, first practical experience as a student, intern or student assistant in the field of HR, Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Good analytical skills and interest in working with data and key figures. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Independent, structured and careful operation combined with team capacity and communication strength.
