In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for an asset manager energy networks (m/w/d)* up to 31.12.2027 for our Quickborn location near Hamburg.

As part of the team, you are responsible for further building the strategic asset management for the electricity and gas grid. This involves our plant management process across all our physical resources. It is important to have uniform and transparent decision criteria on the budget provision and implementation of measures in the field of network construction and maintenance. Your task extends from the evaluation of various initial and risk analyses, the development of specialist strategies and the prioritization of measures. Your contribution to these tasks is the organisation and coordination of the HanseWerk cross-departmental cooperation with your colleagues from technical and commercial areas. As part of an overarching group project, you accompany the introduction of a software tool for the asset management process with all the departments involved and thus shape our change. As a project member, you will prepare the planned certification according to DIN ISO 55001 for a chance and risk-based asset management system. Together with your colleagues from portfolio management and technology, you will develop the future planning and control principles for network development measures as well as renewal and maintenance projects. You analyze and evaluate energy and technological trends, including storage, flexibility and sector coupling, and their impact on the asset strategy. You work closely with network development, operation, regulation management and commercial functions.

You have a completed (specialized) university degree with a specialist (economic) engineering, business management or comparable (e.g. certified business economist). You bring well-founded knowledge in the energy industry and have ideally already gained practical experience in asset management or network development. You like to work at the interface between technology and business and bring a good understanding of complex relationships in the energy networks. In your role, you are inspired by all stakeholders to implement a chance and risk-based control model. You review and rework the content on the basis of the goals and changing framework conditions. At best, you have experiences in handling ISO standards 55000/1/2 and have a high quality standard. You want to develop and implement your tasks independently and independently. You take responsibility for your actions and the project. A common overall result is in the foreground for you. Your cooperation with colleagues is characterized by the joy of these people and your colleagues. You go openly to other people, respond to them at eye level, and do not place the meaning of your concerns over those of your colleagues.
