Operations Specialist – Flow of goods and scheduling in the high-tech environment at the Berlin location (m/f/d)

Your new task As a central interface between shipping, purchasing, development and production, you process customer enquiries and create precise offers. You coordinate material flows in the innovative high-tech environment and actively contribute to the further development of our automated warehouse processes

The handling of orders is in your hands – from the order to the final delivery. You ensure that national and international orders are handled on time and quality

In close cooperation with our engineers, you will be responsible for our automated warehouse system and will issue orders independently. Your structured inventory management ensures that materials are available at any time and production processes run smoothly

With your organizational strength, you will professionally process returns and take responsibility for goods receipt and shipment. Take care of careful packaging and complete documentation of all movement of goods

How to inspire us A successfully completed commercial vocational training is your solid foundation. Your detectable professional experience in the optical industry or in the production environment is particularly important to us.

Finding experience in disposition as well as secure knowledge in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, will bring you with us. Accounting topics, databases and ordering systems are also familiar to you and you use these tools routiniert

Your knowledge of German and good knowledge of English enables professional communication with international partners and customers. Language security is indispensable for this position

With your strong team and communication skills, you create confidence and promote collaboration across departmental boundaries. Your structured and independent work will help you keep an overview even in a challenging environment
