IT Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Management, planning, management and documentation of activities in large & complex, international projects and programmes, as well as carrying out the necessary activities throughout all phases of the project Responsible for compliance with the budget and time limits set and the promised quality Management of interdisciplinary project team and external partners (m/w/d) - partly also virtual Requirements analysis and solution conception in coordination with the departments or the IT department Implementation of workshops and project meetings Show and coordinate dependencies, changes and risks Management of conflicts of interest Regular exchange on bodies such as IT security, works council and data protection Control and maintenance of approved project budgets (project controlling)

Completes studies of (economic)informatics, engineering, technical business management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in managing IT projects and programs, as well as knowledge of various technical system architectures Extensive and Transboundary IT Knowledge (Business Applications, Infrastructure) Experience in the field of risk management, requirements analysis and conception Ideally, certificates on project management / project management (PMI, Prince2, GPM/IPMA) and knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Ability to work quickly into new topics Sovereign and professional occurrence, including in the context of escalations and critical project situations Extensive analytical skills, high organisational capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills and enforcement skills Process analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
