The IT of the district Oberbayern GmbH is an innovative internal IT service provider. As a subsidiary of the Oberbayern district and the clinics of the Oberbayern district, we are significantly involved in providing high-quality IT solutions. Our work helps to promote the mental health and well-being of people throughout Upper Bavaria. From our location in Haar near Munich we provide over 65 locations throughout the Oberbayern district, including Munich, Ingolstadt, Haar. We are contact persons for around 9,700 users with authorities, clinics and public institutions. Our tasks range from the operation of our own data centers in Munich and Haar to ensuring a stable, modern IT infrastructure to the integration of cloud services and the provision of current software and hardware solutions. We support our users with user-oriented support and technical advice. What motivates us? As a service employee, you support us... as first contact*in for all IT users for initial analysis, classification, processing and solution of tickets in the detection and solution-oriented emergency consultation for telephone support requests in the technical qualification and forwarding of extensive disorders to the relevant specialist area according to ITBO service catalogue when expanding and updating the knowledge base when controlling emergency communication for remote support of PCs, laptops and printers in a client/server/network environment for remote support of IT standard applications (e.g. MS365, Citrix etc.) for IT internal projects
