Rothenburgsort | unlimited We invent what: The group ''Construction Engineering Wasserwerke'' covers a wide range of tasks - from planning to construction monitoring. This applies to all buildings needed for water supply at our plant sites, from water supply plants to water treatment. The field of activity ranges from smaller and larger refurbishment measures in stock to the realization of extensive new construction projects.

Responsible management and processing of demanding engineering projects across all HOAI performance phases 1–9 – from planning to tendering to construction monitoring Analysis and assessment of structural conditions (especially concrete surfaces) and development of sustainable repair concepts for concrete components Coordination and control of various structures and ensuring a smooth project sequence Close coordination with stakeholders and all actors involved in the construction Creation, coordination and monitoring of cost and timetables Technical assistance for award procedures

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) in civil engineering, in architecture or comparable knowledge and skills focusing on constructive engineering / reinforced concrete construction Multiannual experience in the processing and management of engineering projects across all HOAI performance phases (1–9) as well as in-depth knowledge in LBauO and VOB Embossed expertise in repair and protection of concrete components (e.g. reinforcing, connecting); ideally with SIVV or comparable proof Experience in the assessment of concrete qualities and structural conditions Good knowledge of building law (especially VOB, HOAI) Secure handling of MS Office as well as relevant specialist software (iTWO/AVA, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, MS Project etc.) Ideally experience with CDE platforms (e.g. Dalux) and BIM methods Structured, independent and responsible working methods combined with flexibility as well as strong team and communication skills as well as excellent German skills (min. C2)
