We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA project manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our Mojn GmbH IT team at the Bremen site:

You take over the overall management of the company-wide SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project (Brownfield approach) in an international environment and manage budget, resources and risk management Planning, controlling and implementing migration from the existing SAP ERP system to SAP S/4HANA is your responsibility In addition, you ensure the integration of adjacent systems such as EDI, warehouse technology, shipping service providers and CRM and ensure a smooth interaction of all systems Another focus is to ensure a stable system and process landscape taking into account SAP best practices and clean core approaches As part of the Stakeholder Management, you are looking forward to management and expertise levels and ensure targeted communication and coordination

Multiannual experience as project manager in complex SAP introductions - or transformation projects Detectional Project Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Conversion or New Introduction) High self-responsibility and resilience in complex project phases Sovereign appearance over management, departments and external partners Experience in cooperation with international teams and service providers
