You join us as a sales manager to get to know the direct sales. As a sales manager, you are on the move five days a week to inspire your customers. You meet them at their respective locations – whether on construction sites, workshops or in offices. You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. Plan your working day and organize yourself. We don't have the classic cold drink. Your core tasks include the support of your existing regional customer base and thus the intensive care and deepening of our partnership relationships.

During your time as a sales manager, you get to know our core processes, build a company-internal network and keep your ambitious career goals in mind. Your team leadership will proactively coach and support you on your development path. The start-up in sales places the foundation for your further career at Hilti and prepares you specifically for subsequent positions, for example in sales, marketing or shopping. The target position is individually coordinated with you and leads you to one of our domestic or foreign locations.

You have a very well completed study, ideally in the field of business management or economic engineering. You bring practical experience through working student activities or internships in sales, marketing or in the technical field. For your next career step, you are ready to move around Germany. You have fluent German and English skills. A high degree of self-motivation and result orientation is what distinguishes you. You have a good self and time management. You have the ability and will to self-reflection and actively implement feedback.
