Head of HR Systems / Human Resources Systems (m/f/d)

HR systems: overall responsibility for Group-wide operation and the further development of central HR core systems, in particular personnel accounting, service planning, time recording and learning management Leadership & Control: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the staff system team as well as control of external service providers in the HR-IT environment System operation: Ensuring stable, safe and efficient operation including release management, incident management and escalation control Digitalization & Projects: Head of Group-wide digitalization and IT introduction projects, in particular in service planning, learning management and HR processes Innovation & System Landscape: Development of modern HR system solutions with effect for more than 100 facilities and strategic development of the Group-wide HR system landscape Data & Reporting: Ensuring data quality and providing personal data for business intelligence, reporting and data-based decisions

Qualification: Complete studies in the field of business information technology, business management, human resources management, health management or a comparable qualification Leadership and System Experience: Multiannual Leadership Experience and HR Systems, HR-IT, Digital Personal Processes or Similar System Landscapes HR-IT competence: knowledge in operation and in the further development of HR information systems, ideally LOGA or comparable systems Project and service provider management: experience in the management of external service providers, project management and the handling of complex stakeholder structures Process and data understanding: Very good understanding of HR processes, data structures, interface management and system-based process optimization Personality: Strategic and Analytical Thinking, Economic Operation, Communication Strength and High Service and Solution Orientation
