DISCLOSURE: Ensure that all project activities on site comply with the general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites Ensure compliance with Nordex processes Management of preparatory measures for on-site execution Management of daily on-site operations, including the initial installation of the construction site until completion of the project Ensure the execution and compliance of contracts with suppliers and customers Management of all construction activities to meet deadlines, costs, quality, safety and environmental requirements Management of the relationship with the customer at the construction site in coordination with the project manager Management of customer expectations and building and maintaining good relationships with customers and their representatives Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and suppliers who provide their work on site Coordination of the team on site to fulfill the scope of work participation in all relevant training and development activities as required Contribution to Lessons Learned and continuous improvement Monitoring on-the-spot productivity, including performance of subcontractors, resources and quality of ongoing work. Internal reporting according to governance plan Ensuring completion of all Nordex final documentation at project completion participation in all relevant training and development activities as required

Bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline Other financial statements are taken into account when there is extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) Availability for travel: This position requires that you are on site all the time, change of location to new projects when the previous are completed High level in English Internal IT systems and tools, e.g. SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS Leadership and role model function Attention for details Ability to build and maintain good industrial relations Clear and strong communication (written and oral) Critical thinking and decision making Responsibility and end-to-end thinking Team skills
