In the field of compliance and non-financial risks (CNR) of NRW.BANK, the units of the 2nd Line of Defence are bundled. In addition to compliance, this includes central outsourcing management and information security including data protection and business continuity management (BCM).

In your role, you will ensure regulatory, risk- and implementation-oriented regulation and supervision of the IAM for the CNR and the Bank, and will also be active in adjacent topics of information security.

Information security officer (IAM focal point): e.g. authorization and recertification management, implementation of controls (Second Line of Defence) Development, creation and monitoring of IT security policies and concepts Initiation, coordination and reporting of IT security and ICT risks Management of or cooperation on security projects / projects, consulting internal and external contact persons Representation of information security to specialist and IT areas, external and internal auditors and maintenance of internal and external contacts

Complete university studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics or comparable) plus relevant practical experience More than three years of professional experience in the field of information security Comprehensive IT skills (especially for the IT landscape of NRW.BANK) Knowledge in the IAM environment and in the regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA, BSI, EBA) and relevant standards (e.g.: ISO 2700x) Experience in project and agile management Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent, reliable functioning Excellent communication and contact capability, constructive appearance and enforcement and decision-making Interest in new technologies (e.g. cloud, quantum cryptography) and willingness to continue training
