You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for our IT and engineering roles – from request analysis to job description and interview management to successful recruitment. As a strategic Sparring partnerin, you have a very accurate understanding of the needs and IT roles and thus advises profitably and at eye level. As a Sparringspartnerin you understand the technical needs of IT accurately, derive effective sourcing strategies from it, issue recommendations for action and advise on recruitment decisions. By participating in conferences and meet-ups, you develop a strategic network of highly qualified IT talents, thereby controlling the pipeline. With a clear KPI focus, you continuously analyze the recruiting tunnel, evaluate the effectiveness of the sourcing channels and drive data-based optimization.

Multiannual professional experience in data-driven IT and Tech Recruiting and expertise in Active Sourcing Understanding digital product organisations and teams, in particular for cross-functional cooperation, development, architecture, system and data engineering and ML combined with consulting expertise Understanding an outstanding candidate experience and the challenges of the talent market combined with high working speed and service orientation A convincing and winning personality with very good communication skills Embossed self-organisation and process understanding Very good knowledge of German and English for the interview management in both languages
