These are your tasks: Support our HR Legal (Labor & Social Relations) team for individual and collective labour issues. Participation in labour law advice on personnel measures, restructurings and transfers. Accompanying negotiations with works councils and other employee representatives. Creation, examination and revision of labour law documents, such as employment contracts, business agreements and directives. Research on current developments in labour law, legislative changes and case law as well as their addressee-oriented preparation. Working with national and international projects related to labour law, such as compliance, learning & development and IT. Support for training, workshops and meetings as well as close cooperation with HR, Legal, executives and international colleagues.
