You will ensure the smooth production process by preparing the workplace, coordinating food planning, implementing production instructions and performing output meetings, and actively contributing to the optimization of workflows. You take over the preparation and preparation of all foods for daily consumption according to prescribed standards at a high gastronomic level and ensure the necessary reproductions. The presentation and setting of food as well as the active support in the issue are also your tasks. In addition, check compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards and carry out cleaning work independently if necessary. The responsibility of the goods industry, including the purchase of goods, acceptance and control of goods, as well as the pre- and post-calculations, also take over and ensure professional storage in compliance with all legal and hygienic requirements.
