You are responsible for the workplace design, optimization and safety of work and health in your area of responsibility. In your role as the First Worker Welding (m/w/d), you are responsible for the verification of the qualification of welders and the factory deployment planning in your area. You prepare the work for your area and are responsible for processing in time, cost, quality. The completeness control and control of the work results are also part of your tasks, especially the visual and measurement test according to ISO 5817. You are in direct contact with the master (m/w/d), agree with your interfaces at the shopfloor level and guide your shopfloor round with your workers (m/w/d). You are guided by training and examinations for your employees.

They have completed vocational training as a construction engineer welding technology (m/w/d) and, at best, a further training as a welding expert (m/w/d). They bring knowledge into a variety of welding techniques, master multiple welding processes and know each other with the appropriate standards and standards. They bring good experiences in reading drawings and creating welding logs. They have first knowledge of occupational safety, e.g. the establishment of jobs and the instruction of employees. Team skills, leadership and, at best, first professional leadership experience complete your profile. A qualification for visual examinations according to VT2 is also desirable.
