Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Gummersbach These are your tasks in our team • Own-responsible processing of all company-related legal issues and transactions for all companies of the Group • Support and management of cross-departmental corporate projects in legal terms - from conception to implementation • Examination, preparation and negotiation of contracts based on current legal frameworks and internal standards, as well as consulting management and relevant stakeholders • Development and testing of customer and supplier-side framework and individual contracts, general terms and conditions and commercial leases • Accompanying companies in the group of companies during contract negotiations, processing of damages, complaints of defects and similar disputes • Writing judicial and extrajudicial texts on dispute resolution and participation in pragmatic, economically sensible solutions • Representation of the company in court
