Project controller (m/f/d)

Working environment: In the project business “Abbruch und Demontage” you take over cost planning, monitoring and cost development and report directly to management and management Responsibility: You ensure consistent assumptions, structures and clean cost logic across all project phases and continuously monitor plan/actual, identify deviations and make causes transparent Efficiency check: You create forecasts, evaluate cost impacts of changes (scopes, yields, schedule shifts) and derive control measures, track their implementation and identify savings potentials Expert*in: You implement necessary budget adjustments in coordination with project management and finance/controlling and create cost control reports, financial updates and clear policy templates for management and stakeholders In exchange: You work closely with project management and finance

Completion: You have completed a degree in the field of BWL, construction industry or comparable and have at least 2 years of professional experience in this field with Professional experience: You bring experience in commercial management of construction/infrastructure or projects with (cost planning, budget, forecast, reporting) Occurrence: Sovereign appearance, proactive and independent action, communication and enforcement strength as well as presentation competence of your analyses and reports in meetings Personality: You have a strong analytical understanding of costs, risks and economy IT-Skills: You are routined in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP
