Quality Manager - ISO 9001 / Environmental Management (m/f/d)

Founded in 1971 by Eduard Job, the JOB Group, based in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, develops, produces and sells thermally inducing glass ampules for automatic sprinklers, which have become the standard in the sprinkler industry. You are responsible for the maintenance and strategic development of our integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You plan and conduct independent internal and external audits, e.g. at suppliers, and thus ensure compliance with our standards. You identify proactive weaknesses in processes, derive corrective and preventive measures and pursue their effective implementation. In close cooperation with specialist departments such as production, you are driving forward continuous improvement processes (KVP) in the company. You design and guide training for employees to strengthen awareness of quality and the environment throughout the company. You are responsible for central reporting, maintain relevant master and measurement data in SAP and ensure data quality for management.

You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in quality and environmental management. You are versed in handling management systems according to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001. A qualification as an auditor:in is a plus, but no requirement. We require good user knowledge in SAP (ideally SAP HANA). You work independently as well as structured and are characterized by their organisational strength and team capacity. For internal and external communication, you will bring knowledge of German and English with you.
