As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Management Consultant - Plans, Change & Transformation (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Hamburg, Berlin, Bonn or Munich. The organization unit ''Plans, Change & Transformation (PC&T)'' within the CEO's Management Unit bundles strategic activities in the fields of medium-term and long-term planning, transformation, organisational development and business architecture of BWI.

Support of the PCT line in the relevant topics

Coordination and quality assurance of interdepartmental topics

Content cooperation in selected topics of strategy, planning and transformation

Organisation, disposition and coordination of appointments and preparation of the necessary documents (in particular production of documents for management and executives)

Organisation and coordination of events, workshops and meetings

Office and travel organization as well as tracking and processing of current processes

Create reports, statistics and presentations

Completed study of economics or the like or completed 3 years of professional training and additional training (e.g. specialist, technician, master)

About 5 years of professional experience (after training) or up to 2 years of professional experience (after studying)

Very good practical skills in dealing with the usual MS Office applications

Embossed organizational skills as well as high reliability and a structured operation

Great care and conscientiousness in the handling of the overriding tasks

Very good communication skills in word and writing as well as fun at work in the team

High level of hand-on mentality
