Construction Supervisor - Building Construction / Hydraulic Engineering / Civil Engineering (m/w/d)

You take over local construction monitoring and ensure the quality, budget and timely execution You support projects in the fields of water construction, flood protection, infrastructure and civil engineering You are a member of an organised team that uses modern tools (e.g. drone, electronic data recorder) and software programs (e.g. DocuTools, PlanRadar, ITwo) You are responsible for the local construction monitoring after performance phase 8 of the HOAI and are the interface between the contracting entity and the structural structures You take care of the follow-up and deficiencies management

As a construction manager, you have a completed engineering degree (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a degree as a technician. In addition, you have collected at least two years of professional experience in construction monitoring or project management. You will be familiar with technical regulations and regulations of building contract law as well as VOB, HOAI etc. You have German language skills at a safe level. You have a valid passenger car license of class B. Ideally, you have first experiences with MS-Project and iTWO.
