You develop, plan and optimize production processes for the production of crankshafts and ensure economical, quality-oriented production. You create and maintain work plans, production documents and technical documentation. You accompany new projects from the technical feasibility test to the introduction to series production. You work closely with production, quality assurance, maintenance and NC programming to ensure efficient processes. You analyze production key figures, identify potential for improvement and implement process optimization measures. You support investment and rationalization projects and actively contribute your ideas to the continuous improvement process. You accompany technical changes and ensure their successful implementation in production. You support fault analysis and develop sustainable solutions to improve quality, cost and delivery.

Complete study in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology or manufacturing technology or a comparable technical qualification Experience in working preparation, production planning or production engineering, ideally in the area of machining or metalworking industry Interest in modern manufacturing processes and the continuous optimization of production processes Technical understanding of complex components, technical drawings and production processes. Structured and analytical methods as well as pronounced problem-solving competence Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various disciplines Safe handling of current MS Office applications; Knowledge of ERP or CAD systems is advantageous
