Bricklayer - 4-day week (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for you as:

Maurer-Geselle / Maurerin (m/w/d) – reliable, down-to-earth and with clean craftsmanship.

Your tasks As a Maurer-Geselle / Maurerin you work with us on projects in old construction and interior construction. You carry out masonry work professionally – e.g. masonry work, repairs and repairs in stock, smaller concrete and plaster work depending on the construction site, as well as all the typical tasks that arise in the expansion. You carefully implement work according to plan and specifications, tune with foreman:in/construction management and the neighboring structures and keep your eye on the detail for a clean execution. You are responsibly revolving with materials, tools and machines, assisting in providing materials and making sure that processes on the construction site run smoothly. If it fits, you will also help colleagues in everyday life: inside or at the entrance and give practical advice – without having to take on a formal lead.

You bring that with

• Completed training in the Maurerhandwerk (German Gesellenbrief)
• Experience in old building / interior construction is advantageous
• Careful, reliable working and team spirit
• Structure, ownership and good coordination at the construction site
• Openness for intercultural cooperation
• (optional) Russian or Polish knowledge as a plus – no condition
• German skills B1 or better are pre-requisite
