Your three-year study is the ideal combination of theory and practice You are studying at the renowned DHBW in Heilbronn; You complete your practice phases in retail management at NEW YORKER Your goal: After three years, take on first management responsibility First of all, you will learn all the processes of a store: customer and goods management, sales analyses, visual merchandising and the management of our employees At the headquarters you will look behind the scenes of the company, e.g. in marketing, expansion or human resource management During your studies, you take more responsibility and can manage your own store for a practical phase. In Area Management you will get to your future position e.g. as Junior HR Manager, Junior Controller or Area Management You are never coaching your trainer and accompanies you on your way to leadership
