Needs all your skills - your area of responsibility:

As an employee in the area of heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitary / med.-techn. Gases are part of an expert team. In your area of responsibility is primarily the operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and operation of air-conditioning systems, appliances, refrigeration and air conditioning, etc. of the University Hospital. For this purpose, you work closely with contract companies and coordinate them. They recognize and eliminate fault causes. They accept deficiencies and damage images and describe technical solutions, pick up offers and accompany the implementation. The commissioning of plants and systems is also one of your tasks. In addition, you regularly check compliance with statutory requirements for the operation of ventilation and refrigeration systems. You can implement specialist projects together with colleagues and contract companies. For larger construction projects, you will be available as a professional contact person after a project manager has been incorporated. They guide and maintain the plant documentation in paper form and digitally in the respective systems.

Ideally masterin or technicianin in SHK Masterin or Techniciansin adjacent departments specialist in the field of HKLS with willingness to continue training as a masterin or technicianin Willingness to work on training and new topics Organisational skills and enforcement Motivated, independent working in the team Customer orientation, professional and communicative forms of handling besides the predominant early services, you are ready to provide late and night services to a small extent Knowledge of office application programs, SAP desirable
