You take over the leadership of the “Hardwaredesign” department both professionally and disciplinaryly. The department you run develops digital hardware components of modern communication devices and the layout of own flat modules. You plan and optimize the resource deployments of your department in coordination with the project managers of our customer and product development projects based on predefined priorities. You are responsible for compliance with the prescribed processes and support the ongoing development of the process landscape in close coordination with the process managers. You talk about personnel development. You regularly show development potentials of your employees and develop strategies for their further development. You support the creation and verification of offers, system descriptions and request documents.

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or the like. You have several years of professional experience and have very good knowledge of hardware design and layout. First experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of developer teams would be desirable. You have a high degree of identification with your work. You will develop a large degree of autonomy and initiative. You always remain curious for new things, have a good sense of feasibility and are happy to pack with them at any time. You convince by a high degree of structuring and implementation capability. You have very good English skills in word and writing.
