In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student - Digital Process Solutions - Business Analysis Employee Portal (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our site Quickborn (with a flexible home office option).

Your tasks As an equal team member, you work independently as well as together with the project manager and the specialist department to build a modern employee platform that provides all applications, and processes in a structured and centralised manner. You conduct independent discussions with colleagues from different disciplines to analyze their workflows and processes and to integrate them into our employee platform. You actively seek exchange with colleagues and use your excellent interpersonal skills to win them for a new system and its benefits. You collect requirements from the departments, analyze them carefully and prepare them for the implementation by the developer team. You actively participate in the further development of our business processes and drive the digital transformation in HanseWerk.

Your profile You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course - the subject does not matter to us, your enthusiasm is important Your German skills are at C1 level (in language and writing) You're very strong in communication, you're active on people and you like to work on the team. You have a basic understanding of IT systems and digitalization - thinking in processes is not strange to you. You work your own tasks independently, independently and solution-oriented. Whether independently or together in the team: you work organized, carefully and responsibly. A working time of 20 hours/week would be ideal as a student during the lecture period. Up to 37 hours/week are possible in the lecture-free period. Your successful degree is always the first! Therefore, when planning your working hours, we take into account your lecture and exam schedule.

Your Benefits Transparent remuneration: As a working student you start with us with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive a fee of € 1,624 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team.
