Processing and calculation of customer-specific tenders in the infrastructural facility management Implementation of cost estimates and creation of performance directories Support in obtaining offers from suppliers and after-contractors Participation in bidding discussions and customer events Participation in the optimization of standardized cost calculation methods Participation in the development of uniform benchmarks in infrastructure facility management Calculatory support in implementation, post-calculation and mass adjustment with the start-up manager Implementation of object visits

Completed training in building cleaning, degree in facility management, real estate management or a comparable qualification As an alternative to multi-year relevant professional experience in infrastructural facility management/GaLa-Bau Safe handling of the MS Office package, in particular Excel, and willingness to work into further functions Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and Strong Team and Communication Skill Self-responsible work and a high degree of reliability
