Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Full time (40 hours) | Hamburg

Your mission: Google Ads as your field of play: You are responsible for planning, setup, optimization and scaling of search, shopping and performance Max campaigns (Brand / Non-Brand, Prospecting / Remarketing) – from clean structure to profitable growth. Shopping & Feeds under control: You optimierst product feeds (Merchant Center, ideally Channable), structure shopping setups and maintain performance along range, margins and availability. Tracking, which makes decisions: You build a loadable conversion tracking with GTM & gtag, keep it up and make sure that numbers are correct (Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode v2, Debugging). Bidding & Tests with System: You work with Smart Bidding & Automation, set clean experiments (A/B tests, ad tests, Incrementality) and develop campaigns iteratively. Make performance visible: You build and develop dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio), analyze KPIs like CTR, CR, ROAS, CPA/CPO and take clear action. Funnel & Landingpages push: You work closely with marketing, content, design & sales, optimierst creatives, landing pages and conversion rates – always with a view to profitability.

That's what you bring: SEA is your home: 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on Google Ads; Microsoft Advertising is not strange to you. Proof over Talk: You can demonstrate success in scaling, efficiency enhancement and campaign quality. Tracking competence: Safe in handling Google Tag Manager & gtag (event & conversion setups, debugging, clean measurement concepts). Bonus: Experience with server side tracking via GTM. Data-driven thinking: You are analysing confidently in GA4, Ads reports, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets and meet structured decisions. Ownership mentality: You work hands-on, prioritize pragmatic, documenting clean and consistently bringing topics to the target. Strong communication: You explain performance in a comprehensible way, work in the team and take responsibility. Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display). No need – but a plus.
