Construction Manager Shell and Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

As a construction manager for raw and turnkey construction (w/m/d), you are responsible for the management and monitoring of our construction projects, taking into account and complying with timely, economic and qualitative requirements. You are responsible for the planning and control of a demand-oriented and efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with the relevant regulations You maintain the qualitative and terminological frameworks As part of your activity, you take over the assignment, monitoring and assessment of our after-contractors and suppliers You conduct negotiations with contracting entities, construction partners and third parties in a targeted and independent manner You achieve the calculated construction site result and you create the yield potential, especially in the context of the after-sales management You attach great importance to the maintenance of occupational safety and environmental legislation Your duties include the coordination of the billing of works

You have a degree or master's degree as a civil engineer (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge You have practical experience as a building manager (w/m/d), ideally you have experience in the handling of structures in the construction and key construction of high and industrial construction You have relevant knowledge in building contract law (VOB and BGB) and in safety and environmental regulations You have user knowledge in a construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You are characterized by an independent, structured method of operation oriented at the construction site result Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile You are happy to build and work in the team You bring a readiness to travel
