Head of Application Management (f-m-d)

Technical and disciplinary management of the subject area as well as personnel and organisational structure of the area Responsibility for the stable, safe and economical operation of the Non-SAP application landscape, including incident, problem and change management, and compliance with the corresponding SLA levels Management, deployment and further development of employees as well as control of workflows, processes and results Control of external service providers and partners in operation and in projects as well as ensuring effective support and operating processes Recording, evaluating and prioritizing technical requirements and implementing IT projects for the introduction, development and optimization of the corresponding applications and services Developing strategy and standards in responsibility

Complete degree with Master/Diplom degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a subject with IT focus Funded knowledge in operation, further development, project management and support of complex non-SAP application landscapes Relevant leadership experience in the IT environment, ideally in a changing organizational environment as well as experience in building and developing teams and structures Confidence with modern IT technologies such as SaaS, cloud solutions as well as interface, integration and ESB architectures pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented operation with a high understanding of quality and service; always with a focus on the needs of the business High customer and service orientation as well as the ability to translate requirements of internal stakeholders into sustainable IT solutions
