Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality for our customer's accounting team as a specialist (m/w/d) payment input at the next time.

Accounting and voting of payment inputs

Monitoring of open items and clarification of differences

Post-processing of individual cases

Processing of reminders and receivable management

Communication with customers and internal departments for questions on payment inputs

Care of debitor accounts

Creation of reports and evaluations

a completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting is desirable

Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the field of payment inputs/debitors

Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel

Experience with common accounting programs such as SAP is advantageous

Structured and accurate operation

High sense of responsibility and discretion

Teamability and good communication skills
