Chief Medical Officer - Travel Medicine Assistance TZ 50-80% (m/f/d)

As Chief Medical Officer (w/m/d) and Deputy Chief Medical Officer, you take a key role in managing and monitoring our medical processes. You work closely with the Medical Director in Belgium, guide the medical and nursing team and ensure that our clients receive the best possible care – in compliance with local and international regulations.

Your tasks: Medical Management: Support the medical director in the management of medical processes in Germany, including complex cases and returns Quality assurance of medical services through audits and quality controls Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing relationships with healthcare providers and partners Further developments: organize training and further training for medical personnel. Emergency Management: Coordinate actions in medical emergencies and ensure effective communication That's what you bring Complete medical studies, ideally with specialization in emergency medicine, anesthesia or intensive medicine. At least 10 years of professional experience after the doctor's training as a leading physician, senior physician, chief physician, or medical director, ideally with experience in team management Knowledge of aviation medicine and/or insurance medicine is advantageous Flowing German and English skills, other languages are a plus. Excellent management and leadership skills as well as the ability to motivate teams. We offer an attractive annual gross salary of 100,000 – 120,000 € (on a full-time basis, plus additional standby services with a supplement of up to 80 to 90%, depending on availability). The place is to be occupied in parttime with 50 to 80% weekly hours.
