Your challenge: Development and global introduction of BBS programs to strengthen awareness of working and environmental protection (HSE) and a positive HSE culture at all hierarchical levels. Construction, implementation and maintenance of global HSE processes and standards according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. Development and implementation of global HSE initiatives as well as training and training programmes to promote HSE competences. Establishing global standards for monitoring HSE performance, reporting and analysis of deviations. Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies for mechanical engineering or for operational and plant safety or a comparable degree. In addition, you have a qualification as an auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and as a specialist for occupational safety (BGV A1 / DGUV2). Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of plant safety, fire protection and HSE management. Expertise: Experience in the development of occupational safety concepts for production plants Experience in implementing integrated HSE management systems in organisations with multiple locations Funded knowledge in the management of projects SAP and QM software knowledge Safe in handling MS-Office

Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills Personality: High level of professionalism in relation to self-organization. Embossed social competence and intercultural competence readiness to travel
