Development and execution of a plan for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of all operational building facilities Records of the functional status of equipment and systems in the building Cleaning of external installations according to the company guidelines, winter service with clearance of the relevant areas Updating the crew plan for offices, production and storage buildings Coordination of foreign companies Extension / Reconstruction of technical installations Ready to call after consultation / fault service for building equipment (Springer function in case of need for Bonn)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Long-term professional experience in a similar function Experience in the care of supply systems Good IT knowledge in MS-Office Self-employed and responsible working in the team Ready to call to ensure the functionality of the Equipment Driving licence car class B Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
